⁠Running the command below to create the container:

NOTE: We strongly recommend having Mininet-WiFi installed on the host even when working with docker.

sudo docker run --privileged=true -it --env="DISPLAY" --env="QT_X11_NO_MITSHM=1" -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix:rw -v /sys/:/sys -v /lib/modules/:/lib/modules/ --name mininet-wifi --hostname mininet-wifi ramonfontes/mininet-wifi:latest /bin/bash

⁠Running Mininet-WiFi with:

mn --wifi --docker --container mininet-wifi --ssh-user host-username

NOTE: you need to replace "host-username" by the username of the OS

⁠If you are using scripts you may want to instantiate Mininet-wifi() as below:

net = Mininet_wifi(container=container_name, ssh_user=host_username, docker=True)
